A desire without action is hope. Although hope is a good start, it alone won’t get you where you want to be. You must have an action plan. The more detailed the plan, the more likely your goals will happen. Once your IT is set, we guide you through an action planning process that looks at the critical phases of implementation:
1) Readying —getting yourself and others directly impacted ready for the change;
2) Goal Setting—where you want to be in two years toward your IT;
3)The One Year Mark—given where you want to be in two years, where should you be by the end of year one;
4) Thirty/Sixty/Ninety—What needs to happen the first three months to onboard you toward your year-end goal; and
5) The Elimination—what you need to stop doing to make space for what you want to go. You advance with clear actions, confidence, and increased commitment to living the life you want.

She will help you to unlock or break open what's holding you back by guiding you through THE DASH Excavation Guide™, which she created specifically for this course. The workbook includes various provocation methods that move you toward clarity and commitment. It also includes provocations for you to make your intentions real by saying them out loud to others in the DASH community. You get to go inside yourself to name what you want and then join others who are also on personal journeys.

When you join THE DASH, you join a community of DASHers! At different points in the lessons, we encourage you to connect with others who are also pursuing their dreams—their ITs. We guide you through establishing an accountability cabinet of people who help you stay true to your goals set in the action plan.
